Drove a Tank M60a1/a3, was loader, gunner and commander too while in the army. Nothing like it, go if you can, you wont regret it.

btw, I like my car more than a tank...but in a battle....I'll take the tank.

I'd be up for it.

Currently residing in Singapore and I'd be willing to go, work commitments and budgeting pending though.

What tanks will we be driving?

That would be the a2

I heard it and it (M60 series) called many things *expletives* and with the laser rangefinder and thermal imaging sights and electronic ballistic computer with the wind directional sensor it was quite a step up for the m60 and the cam lever select ballistic computer. Still liked the 109d sight, old school had it's draw.

As soon as we can get a confirmed number of people wanting to attend we can start the planning process. A dozen or more would be great.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make this trip. I will discuss with you Lorna and Mocs what myself and Shannon are planning though, and it does involve a trip Stateside with a visit to Jacksonville. Just need to save the pennies for it.

hey oh webmistress extraordinaire - can we get some details on the package for the 2 week option? I'm considering it but I need some hard numbers to convince she who controls the finances and whether I sleep on the couch or not!
